Yoga and Meditation for 5th and 6th students with Tanya Whelahan

Later on on Monday, the 5th and 6th year students practiced Yoga and Meditation with Tanya Whelehan.  The importance of establishing a quiet time and space in order to relax and de-stress was highlighted here, and also some very useful advice regarding turning off phones and just reducing distractions periodically as a way to recharge and re-energise.
